We support multiple international trade terms complying with INCOTERMS 2020: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP.
Our preferred departure ports: Qingdao Port, Tianjin Port and Zhejiang Port in China.
Supplement: Unless otherwise signed in written sales contract, all trade terms shall be governed by INCOTERMS 2020 official rules; any special term modification requires both parties’ signed written confirmation.
Production & Lead Time
Average production lead time for bulk leaf spring orders: 30 working days in both peak season and off season after receiving valid deposit and confirmed final technical drawings from buyer.
Custom non-standard leaf springs based on client’s drawing will be re-confirmed on exact lead time separately in written form.
Force Majeure & Buyer-caused Delay Exemption: Seller shall not be liable for delivery delay caused by: ① Force majeure events including but not limited to raw material shortage/price surge, factory shutdown, domestic & overseas port strike, customs official random inspection, epidemic control restriction, ocean liner space shortage, natural disaster, governmental emergency policy adjustment; ② Buyer’s late deposit remittance, delayed drawing confirmation, repeated technical revision or buyer’s other failure to fulfill pre-production obligations; Under above circumstances, delivery date shall be automatically postponed accordingly without liquidated damages payable by seller.
Global Service Market
We export leaf springs worldwide, covering North America, South America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, Oceania, Middle East, East Asia and Western Europe.
Supplement: Shipping route & carrier selection is at seller’s reasonable discretion under agreed trade term unless buyer specifies designated carrier with all extra freight difference borne by buyer.
Accepted Payment Terms
Available payment options: L/C (Letter of Credit), T/T Telegraphic Transfer, D/P Documents against Payment, PayPal, Western Union and small-balance payment.
For L/C payment: Buyer shall issue valid irrevocable L/C within agreed period after contract signing; any L/C discrepancy modification cost or bank penalty shall be on buyer’s account if discrepancy arises from buyer’s unreasonable clause requirement;
For PayPal small payment: PayPal chargeback risk caused by buyer’s unilateral dispute shall be borne by buyer once goods have been shipped out as per contract;
All bank intermediate charges for remittance shall be covered by buyer except otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipment & Additional Cost
We will arrange container loading and provide loading photos after finished production.
Cost allocation by trade term
Under FOB/EXW/CFR/CIF term: Buyer takes charge of ocean freight, destination customs clearance fee, local delivery cost and any unexpected tariff or customs fine at destination country. Extra supplement for FOB: Origin port local charges including THC, documentation fee, manifest fee, inspection & certification expense shall be borne by buyer unless written agreement specifies seller’s undertaking.
Under DDP term: We handle main carriage cost and conventional import tariff as per normal customs policy; buyer still bears local unexpected customs penalty or storage expense caused by buyer’s document mistake, personal import license invalidity or destination country’s sudden policy-adjusted extra anti-dumping duty/surtax.
Abandoned Goods & Destination Port Storage Rule
If buyer refuses to take delivery or abandons goods at destination port for buyer’s own reason after goods arrive, all generated detention fee, warehouse storage cost, return freight and customs penalty shall be fully paid by buyer; Seller reserves the right to resell abandoned goods to offset outstanding payment after issuing written notice to buyer for a reasonable grace period.
Supplementary Jurisdiction Clause
Any dispute arising out of shipping policy execution shall be resolved via friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, dispute shall be submitted to litigation at the seller’s local people’s court in China.
