Custom Product Basic Rule

Terms below apply only to customized leaf springs; standard in-stock ready-made leaf springs follow separate return agreement confirmed via mutual negotiation.

All leaf springs are customized auto spare parts manufactured strictly per clients’ confirmed vehicle model, dimension drawing and order specification.

Once production is initiated after deposit confirmation, non-quality defective finished goods cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unilaterally by buyer.

If Buyer requests drawing/spec revision after production starts, all extra rework & raw material cost shall be fully borne by Buyer.

Deposit & Prepayment Cancellation Rule

After buyer pays valid deposit and order enters production:

Buyer’s unilateral order cancellation without seller’s quality fault: Deposit will be deducted to cover raw material procurement & production loss, no deposit refund available;
If order hasn’t started production yet upon buyer’s early written cancellation, both parties negotiate partial deposit refund according to actual material preparation loss.

Quality Complaint & Approved Return/Refund

Valid quality claim window: 30 calendar days counted from the date when goods are signed & received at destination port.
Only factory inherent production defects verified & approved by our QC team qualify for remedy; Buyer must supply clear unmodified photos, short video proof of defective items within above time limit for official inspection. All defective evidence shall be captured with original package intact within claim period; any claim submitted beyond the 30-day statutory window shall be deemed invalid and rejected unconditionally.
Approved quality solution options (seller chooses preferred remedy): free remanufacture & reshipment or partial proportional order refund. ◦ For free reproduction due to seller’s manufacturing fault: Seller bears cost for remaking goods; all outbound reshipping freight shall be negotiated separately unless written contract specifies seller covers shipping expense. ◦ Refund will be processed via original payment channel or deducted against buyer’s next formal order, no third-party indirect transfer allowed. Any bank transfer intermediate charge and exchange rate fluctuation loss generated during refund shall be borne by Buyer unless otherwise agreed in signed sales contract.
Compensation cap: Total refund/indemnity for defective items shall never exceed the invoiced value of the corresponding defective leaf springs, we shall not be liable for buyer’s indirect loss including vehicle downtime loss, labor cost, project profit loss unless separately signed in formal sales contract.

Rejected Non-Return Scenarios

We refuse all return, exchange and refund application arising from below causes:

Wrong vehicle model selection, wrong size parameter, incorrect order data submitted by buyer;
Goods damage caused by improper on-site installation, overloading usage, buyer’s self-cutting/modification on leaf spring;
Breakage & abrasion from rough logistics handling during international ocean/land transit after cargo departs China port;
Force majeure issues including port congestion, customs detention, governmental policy change, natural disaster leading to delayed arrival or cargo appearance change.
Buyer unilaterally refuses to receive qualified goods or abandons cargo at destination port for non-quality reasons; all generated detention cost, storage charge and return freight shall be fully borne by Buyer, Seller reserves right to forfeit deposit & pursue outstanding payment.

Pre-dispute Verification Clause

Buyer agrees to complete official quality verification communication with our company first before initiating any chargeback, PayPal dispute or bank refund application; any unilateral platform dispute without prior evidence submission will be defended by this policy as legal ground.

Policy Exception

Any special return/refund agreement overrides this webpage policy only if confirmed via signed written sales contract stamped by both parties.

Policy Revision & Effective Date

This Return & Refund Policy takes effect from June 03, 2026. We reserve the right to adjust & update policy terms at any time, revised content shall be published directly on this website page and automatically apply to all new orders after update.rties.
