We share limited visitor information with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta(Facebook Pixel) for advertising tracking and website performance analysis. We never sell your personal business information to any third-party companies. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Supplement：We may also share necessary data with our website hosting provider and anti-spam service provider for site security maintenance; all third parties shall comply with global data protection regulations.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Business inquiry data submitted via contact form will be stored for maximum 5 years for quotation and after-sales communication purpose.

What rights you have over your data

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. All collected business information is stored inside China server, no cross-border unauthorized data transfer without user consent.

The contact information you submit via inquiry form may be used for: quotation reply, after-sale follow-up, new leaf spring product promotion. You are entitled to opt out of all promotional emails by replying unsubscribe in our mail.

Minor Protection
