Q1: Do you support customization?
A1: We provide customized leaf springs according to client’s vehicle models and fully support OEM & ODM production.
Q2: What is the MOQ?
A2: No strict MOQ is required; orders starting from 1 ton are acceptable. Unit pricing will be much more favorable for orders of 25 tons or full truck load.

A3: We are an integrated manufacturer covering R&D, production and sales, with in-house factory and over 4,000 tons ready stock all year round.
Q4: What are your advantages compared to other companies?

Q5: Will you inspect products before delivery?
A5: Yes, every batch will go through strict full inspection before shipment, and formal test reports can be provided upon request. Quality control is our top priority.
Q6: What material are your leaf springs made of?
A6: Our leaf springs are made of premium 60Si2Mn，52CrMoV4，55CrMn spring steels, featuring high toughness, excellent fatigue resistance and long service life for heavy-duty commercial trucks.
Q7: Can you supply leaf springs for European/Japanese truck brands?
A7: We produce OEM-standard leaf springs for Scania, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Isuzu, Hino, Volvo and mainstream domestic Chinese heavy truck brands.
Q8: What’s your product warranty period?
A8: We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under proper vehicle operating conditions.

Q9: Which payment methods do you accept?
A9: Multiple payment options available: T/T, sight L/C, D/P, PayPal, Western Union for bulk & small batch orders.
Q10: How to get an accurate quotation?
A10: Please provide OEM number, truck model or leaf spring dimension drawing, we will send you the quotation within 24 working hours.
4. Shipping, Lead Time & Export Info
Q11: What delivery trade terms can you accept?
A11: We arrange worldwide shipment and support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP Incoterms.
Q12: How long is your production lead time?
A12: In-stock items can be dispatched within 20-25 working days; bulk customized orders take 30 working days for production.
Q13: Do you have spot inventory for urgent orders?
A13: Over 4,000 tons regular ready stock of mainstream truck leaf springs stored in warehouse to support fast urgent delivery.
Q14: Which global markets do you mainly export to?
A14: Our products are widely sold to North America, South America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East, Oceania, East Asia and Western Europe.
Q15: What ports do you usually ship goods from?
A15: Our nearest ports are QingDao Port, TianJin Port, and LianYun Port.
5. Packing, After-sales Service and Samples
Q16: How do you pack leaf springs for long-distance sea transport?
A16: Standard steel frame fixation plus waterproof plastic wrapping to prevent rust and physical damage during sea transit.
Q17: What if defective goods arrive after delivery?
A17: Kindly supply defective product photos and relevant inspection evidence, we will arrange free replacement or compensation in accordance with signed contract.
Q18: Can I get free product samples before bulk order?
A18: Sample is available, buyers only need to bear sample cost and courier freight; the sample fee will be fully refunded when you place your first bulk order.
